I was born in Çanakkale on 06.05.1969. I completed my primary, secondary and high
school education in Çanakkale. After completing my medical education at Atatürk University
Faculty of Medicine, I worked as a general practitioner for 4 years. After completing my
specialty education in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Atatürk University Faculty of
Medicine, I worked as an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in the same
department. In 2011, I started to work as an Associate Professor at Karadeniz Technical
University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Thoracic Surgery. I have been working as a
Professor in the same department since 2017.
