He wasborn in Trabzon in 1976. He completed primary, secondary and highschool educationin Hatay and Trabzon. He graduated from Karadeniz Technical University, Faculty of Medicine in 1998. He also completed his Cardiology residency in Süleyman Demirel University Cardiology Dep in 2004. He worked as interventional cardiologist in Private Karadeniz Hospital between 2004-2005. He worked as a assistant professor between 2004-
2010 in Karadeniz Technical University, Faculty of Medicine Dep. Of Cardiology. He became an associate professor in 2010 and gained the academic title of professor in 2015. He worked as an observer on structural and congenital heart disease interventions at Evanston Hospital (Chicago, USA) and Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, USA) between 2011-2012. He has a great number of nationally and internationally articles. He is a member of the Turkish Society of Cardiology and international societies. He is currently working as a professor doctor MD and interventionalcardiologist in the Department of Cardiology, KTU Faculty of Medicine. He has a Turkish Cardiology Society accrediation certificate. Also he has been elected as fellow by American College of Cardiology in 2017.
