The Medfind Global (www.medfindglobal.com, www.medfind.com.tr) and MedFind (www.medfind.az) Internet and Mobile Application platform (hereinafter referred to as the “MedFind”, “Company”, “Medical Platform”, “Website”) values the personal data of Users (“Patients”, “Clients”) and makes every effort to save them. In order to protect personal data, each Patient undertakes to read and accept the Agreement set out below.

The section with the Terms of Use of the platform and the section on the Privacy Policy govern all relations that arise between the MedFind Company and the User while using the website and the company’s services.

We emphasize that MedFind gathers personal data of the Site Users solely for legal actions and purposes. The personal info given by the client makes it possible to get services of the platform, and is also collected to analyze the effectiveness of the company.

The use of the MedFind website confirms the User’s consent to this agreement. If the User has not reached the age of majority, by his stay on the site, he confirms the consent of his parents or authorized representatives to the working out of personal data.

MedFind protects the User’s personal data, and also speaks openly about what data is needed to provide services. The user has the right to refuse to provide his data, but in the absence of the necessary details, the MedFind platform does not guarantee the possibility of providing services. Before starting use, each Patient can familiarize himself with the terms of the Privacy Policy and find out details on the methods of collecting information, thereby protecting his confidential data. If the User does not consent with the terms of this Agreement, he can stop using the MedFind website.

Terms of collection and use of information

The MedFind website receives information in two ways: automatically and personally from the User.

Automatic collection of information occurs when the User uses the company’s website. During the entry and stay of the User on the site, the MedFind platform receives data about:

• from which site the User went;
• how much time he spent on the platform and what actions he performed;
• what type of browser and language the User uses;
• what is the IP-address of the User and his geolocation;

In addition, the MedFind Internet platform receives data about the device from which the User visits the site – this is necessary to adapt the site to the specific needs of the User.

MedFind uses this information to notify the User about updates to the Website or company services, to provide the full functionality of the platform, as well as to conduct analytics and improve the platform.

The second form of data collection is receiving info from the User himself. The MedFind platform may request personal information to give a full range of company services. The information received from the User includes his full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address and provision of a copy or number of a document that confirms the identity of the Patient.

Further, to get the service, the Patient can fill out a form on the MedFind website, which includes a description of the request and the provision of other personal data such as medical statements. Despite the fact that the MedFind platform does everything possible to ensure the security of the client’s personal data, it cannot guarantee 100% safety of information for reasons that cannot be controlled by the Company (technical problems, etc.).

Personal data may also be collected by MedFind during a telephone conversation with a company employee. These measures are necessary in order to provide MedFind services. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, he may refuse to provide any confidential information. But in this case, MedFind cannot guarantee the provision of the full range of platform services. We also draw attention to the fact that the responsibility for the provision of personal data by the Patient to third parties lies entirely with the Patient.

Use of the user’s personal data

MedFind may use the User’s personal data in cases as:

• selection of medical solutions and information based on the needs of the User;
• rendering assistance related to the use of the website and services of the company;
• transfer of information to the chosen Medical Provider:
• informing the User about the release of site updates, changes in the company’s services, etc.

When the Client provides personal information, he agrees to the processing or transfer of information to Medical Providers and Partner companies that provide additional services (health insurance, translation services). In addition to the situations described, the MedFind platform does not disclose, sell or transfer User data to third parties.

Also, the user can control his data that he provides during the use of the website or platform services. The user can exercise the right to delete personal data from the MedFind platform database. To do this, you need to send the corresponding request to the company e-mail.

Tracking Cookies on MedFind

The MedFind platform uses this method to track the actions of the target audience. Each User can independently regulate the use of cookies using the settings in the browser.

Push notifications

Subject to the User’s consent, the MedFind Medical Platform may send Push notifications during the period when the User is on the site. Also, Push notifications can be shared to the user’s e-mail address or to the mobile number that the User specified when registering on the platform. This type of notification helps the company to notify the User about the current platform services.

Ensuring the security of personal data

The MedFind platform controls and complies with all necessary steps to keep the personal data of Users safe. Only the employee who directly provides the User’s service and the selected Medical Provider, can see the User’s personal information. Moreover, all employees and Partners follow the terms of the Agreement on non-disclosure of personal details.

You have studied the terms of the Privacy Policy, which are set forth in this Agreement, and by remaining on the platform website or using the services of the company, you explicitly consent to the collection, processing and disclosure of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
